As you may have heard, the Market recently came across some trouble. Undercover cops raided it two nights in a row and successfully shut down the venue (hopefully temporarily). It sucks when good things get misunderstood by police which is often the case in our music community. When we started the Market with Todd P. and friends almost 2 and a half years ago we envisioned a legalized space sometime in the future. Now seems like an appropriate time to get the ball rolling on that. If anyone wants to get involved please email themarkethotel@gmail.com. We need money, lawyers, architects, and you to keep the venue intact and get it through a legalization.

THIS TOOK PLACE RIGHT OUTSIDE ZACH'S AUNTS AND COUSINS' HOUSE IN STATEN ISLAND. HIS AUNT AUDREY IS THE WITNESS.

WE ARE RECORDING

HAPPY 2010 EVERYONE. WE WELCOME THIS DECADE.

OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS WE HAVE BEEN ON TOO MANY TOURS TO RECALL. NEVER SEEING HOME IN NY, WE FOUND TEMPORARY RELIEF ON THE COUCHES AND FLOORS OF THE KINDEST PEOPLE ALL OVER NORTH AMERICA AND IN EUROPE. WE HAVE BEEN TIRED, BUT WE HAVE KEPT GOING. WHEN WE WERE SUFFERING FROM EYE TWITCHES CAUSED BY FATIGUE OR BROKEN BONES CAUSED BY DOWNTURNS IN THE COSMOS, WE PUSHED ON. AND OF COURSE THE HIGH POINTS WERE HIGH, MAYBE TOO HIGH AT TIMES, AND WE MIGHT HAVE LOST SIGHT OF SOMETHING. BUT THIS WAS ALL THE LAST DECADE. THE MONOTONOUS AUGHTS. A DECADE WHERE NOTHING MUCH HAPPENED. WE SAY, FOR 2010 AND BEYOND, SOMETHINGS GOING TO GIVE, ITS GOT TO. SO HERE IS TO MORE TOURING, MORE COUCHES, AND MOST EXCITINGLY, SOME NEW SINGLES LEADING TO AN ALBUM THAT WE HAVE BROKEN GROUND ON. IT IS STILL IN ITS HUMBLE BEGINNINGS, SO NO TITLE OR ANYTHING YET, BUT WE CAN ASSURE YOU, SHITS GOING TO BE HOT!
